LETin Hungary Kft. ("LETin", "we", "us") builds and operates Archidea and respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through archidea.ai, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

1. Data controller

The data controller is LETin Hungary Kft., a company registered in Hungary. Contact: hello@letin.hu. Full company registration details are on our Impressum page.

2. What data we collect

We collect (a) the email address you submit to join the early-access list for the product preview; (b) aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (page views, country, referrer) — only after you give consent via the cookie banner; and (c) standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) used for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we use it

We use your email to notify you when the preview opens and to ask for feedback on it, to operate and secure the site, to measure traffic in aggregate, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for the preview email list and for analytics cookies set after acceptance on the cookie banner, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site) for server logs, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) where required by Hungarian or EU law.

5. Retention

Preview signup emails are kept until the preview has launched and you have either engaged with it or unsubscribed, and no longer than 24 months from signup. Aggregated analytics are retained up to 26 months. Server logs are kept up to 30 days.

6. Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). For traffic measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC). Google Consent Mode v2 is enabled by default with all storage signals denied — analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you accept on the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or social-media pixels.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics, and only after consent. Categories: (a) Essential — none currently in use beyond what your browser stores by default; (b) Analytics — Google Analytics 4 sets _ga (2 years) and _ga_[container-id] (2 years) once you accept on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage for archidea.ai.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. You may withdraw consent — including unsubscribing from the preview list — at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Email hello@letin.hu to exercise these rights.

9. Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu) or with your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this URL with an updated "last updated" date.
